Case Studies The below case studies were performed in goodwood and consisted of a sample at 2 blocks of flats each having 160 individual flats ,Libertas Mark and Edward Heights. A total of 5,999kwh was saved over a period of 37 months. Average of 169kwh per Flat,per month.Thus a saving for the occupants of between 20-50% in their electrisity bill depending on the condition of the individual flats components. The following graphs clearly illustrate the drop in electricity consumption for two consecutive years during the same monthly period for two of the same sample flats. Further ,immediately after replacing the standard thermostats with the geyserwise electronic system,about 20% of the heating elements were identified as being defective.   Geyserwise case studies performed by Franke
